We collect information you provide directly, including: name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses, and profile photos when you create an account. For sellers, we additionally collect business details, ID documents, and store information. For drivers, we collect vehicle information and license details. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, searches performed, and orders placed.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) operate and improve the Platform; (b) process transactions and send order updates; (c) verify seller and driver identities; (d) send promotional communications (with your consent); (e) prevent fraud and enforce our terms; (f) provide customer support; and (g) comply with legal obligations.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information only in the following circumstances: (a) with sellers to fulfill your orders (name, delivery address, phone number); (b) with drivers assigned to your delivery (name, delivery address, phone number); (c) with service providers who assist us (payment processors, cloud hosting); (d) when required by law or to protect our legal rights; (e) in connection with a business merger or acquisition.
4. MonCash & Payment Data
Payment transactions are processed through MonCash's secure infrastructure. We do not store your MonCash PIN or full account number. We retain transaction amounts, timestamps, and reference numbers for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure — please safeguard your login credentials.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) access a copy of your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate information; (c) request deletion of your account and associated data; (d) opt out of marketing communications at any time; (e) export your data in a portable format. 7. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can clear cookies from your browser settings at any time, though this may affect Platform functionality.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
